(Undated)  --  The Players' Association is responding to MLB's health and safety proposal to start the 2020 season.  The union is reportedly seeking clarification on issues like frequency of coronavirus testing, protocols for positive tests and protection for high-risk players.  MLB is hoping to start around July 4th.
