MLB Proposing Cuts For Highest-Paid Players

(Undated)  --  MLB wants players to take less money for a shortened season.  ESPN reports the first economic proposal to the union has the highest-paid players taking significant pay cuts and the lowest-paid players lesser cuts of their prorated share.  The Players' Association is expected to reject the proposal.
