(Austin, TX)  --  The state of Texas will allow outdoor pro sports events to have a limited number of fans starting Monday.  Governor Greg Abbott has revised his previous order to hold events without spectators.  Venues will be limited to 25-percent of normal capacity and must follow state health protocols.
