(Undated)  --  Former NBA  star JR Smith says he regrets beating up a man he claims broke his truck window during a protest in Los Angeles.  TMZ released video of Smith kicking and then punching the man.  Smith tells the Pat McAfee Show he regrets not setting a better example for his young daughters.
