MLB Proposing Shorter, Fully-Prorated Season

(Undated)  --  The Dodgers, Angels, Giants and Athletics may be on the field even less than originally thought once MLB gets its season going.  ESPN reports the league intends to propose a shorter season of around 50 games, but with full prorated pay for the players.  The Players' Association has proposed a 114-game season.
