(New York, NY)  --  The NBA is setting a date for this year's draft.  It will reportedly take place on October 16th, with clubs allowed to begin free-agent talks October 18th.  Underclass college players have until August 3rd to withdraw their names from the draft.  The NBA Draft Lottery has been scheduled for August 25th.
