(Nashville, TN)  -- A 49ers player has tested positive for COVID-19 after working out with teammates in Nashville, Mike Garofolo of NFL Network reports. The 49ers did not release the name of the player because of HIPAA regulations.  According to multiple reports, the players in attendance included Jimmy Garoppolo, George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, Kendrick Bourne and at least five others.
