(Lincoln, AL)  --  With the FBI concluding its investigation, NASCAR is releasing a photo of the noose found in the garage stall of driver Bubba Wallace.  The FBI concluded that Wallace was not the victim of a hate crime and the rope could have been at Talladega since last fall.  Wallace has been outspoken toward social justice following the death of George Floyd while receiving the support of other drivers and officials in the Cup Series. NASCAR has since banned confederate flags at its events.
