(Undated)  --  The NHL restart is gaining more traction.  ESPN reports the league and union have agreed to protocols to return to play in Toronto and Edmonton, but are still finalizing an extension to the CBA.  Both would need approval from the NHL Board of Governors, the NHLPA executive board and the players.
