(Los Angeles, CA)  --  LAFC forward Carlos Vela will not participate in the MLS Is Back Tournament.  Vela will instead stay by the side of his pregnant wife. The team issued a statement offering their support.  In other MLS news, FC Dallas backed out of the tournament due to 11 positive cases within the organization.
