(Orlando, FL)  --  The Timbers sank all four of their PKs to beat FC Cincinnati on Tuesday night in Orlando.  Jaroslaw Niezgoda scored in the 67th minute to put Portland up 1-nil.  Jürgen Locadia put away an 81st minute penalty kick for Cinci to force penalties.  The Tims will move on to face NYCFC on Saturday night in the quarterfinals of the MLS is Back tournament.
