(Undated)  --  The Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard has made the All-NBA Second Team.  The Portland star is joined by Chris Paul, Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam and Nikola Jokic on the second team.  Lillard averaged 30 points, eight assists and 4.3 rebounds in the regular season and 24.3 points in the postseason before leaving with a knee injury.
