(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Timbers are celebrating a major win over the Earthquakes.  The Timbers blew out the Earthquakes 6-1 in San Jose on Saturday.  Diego Valerie scored twice for Portland.  The Timbers and Sounders will face off on Wednesday at Providence Park.  Seattle is first in the West with 21 points while Portland is fifth with 18 points.
