(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers have created a Racial Injustice Fund, and they've seeded it with 200-thousand dollars.  The team is asking fans to help by making their own donations.  The money is being used to fund local and national organizations fighting for racial justice and police reform.
