(Oakland, CA)  --  Chad Pinder singled in the go-ahead runs in the fifth inning as the Athletics pushed past the White Sox 6-4 in the deciding Game Three of their AL wild card series in Oakland.  Sean Murphy homered for Oakland, which will face the Astros in the AL Division Series.  Frankie Montas got the win with two innings of one-run relief.  Liam Hendriks notched the save.
