(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon hopes to add to its Number Three-ranked recruiting class tonight when top defensive prospect Jeffrey Bassa announces his decision on where he'll go to school.  The six-foot-three, 200-pound prospect out of Salt Lake City has said his top three destinations are Oregon, Utah and Oklahoma State.  The Ducks already have four defensive back commitments in the 2021 class.
