Hamler to pull even with the Chargers with no time remaining in regulation before the extra point ended it. Justin Herbert threw for 278 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions for the Chargers. Mike Williams had 99 receiving yards and a touchdown for the Bolts, who fall to 2-and-5. They'll host the Raiders on Sunday in Inglewood.
