(San Francisco, CA)  --  The Pac-12  is giving the green light to schools to play opponents outside of their league to fill canceled football games.  On Thursday, the athletic conference made the decision based on a number of games being canceled due to COVID-19.  However, it's not known how many teams will be able to participate in the new guideline depending on their schedules.
