(Portland, OR)  --  CJ McCollum and Norman Powell scored 17 apiece but it wasn't enough as the Trail Blazers fell to the Heat 107-98 at the Moda Center.  Damian Lillard added 12 points for Portland, which has dropped three of four to dip to 31-and-22.  The Blazers host the Celtics tomorrow.
