(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Trail Blazers fans will return to the Moda Center on Friday when the team faces off against the Lakers.  The State of Oregon is allowing spectators into the arena at ten-percent capacity.  Ticket pre-sales will start this morning for all remaining regular home season games.  Season ticket holders will get first priority.  All tickets will be on the Trail Blazers app to avoid physical contact.
