Bats Go Quiet, Dodgers Lose To Phillies

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  The Dodgers combined for only five hits as they lost to the Phillies 2-0 at home.  It was the first time Los Angeles has been shutout in 162 regular and postseason games.  Gavin Lux went 2-for-3 at the plate.  Clayton Kershaw took his sixth loss, despite throwing six frames and striking out nine. The Dodgers miss the sweep of Philadelphia and as their three-game winning streak came to an end.  L.A. starts a road series with the Diamondbacks tomorrow.
