His RBI single in the ninth brought Los Angeles within one, before the rally fell short. David Fletcher and Juan Lagares each knocked in a run. Left-hander Jose Suarez was dealt his second loss, allowing two runs over three innings. The Angels' four-game winning streak was snapped. They continue the series tonight.
