(Portland, OR)  --  According to a report from Oregon Public Broadcasting, the Blazers investigation into the 1997 sexual assault allegations against new head coach Chauncey Billups did not including contacting the accuser.  The report also says that the Blazers did not contact the accuser's attorney or the prosecutor who oversaw the 1997 civil case.  Portland GM Neil Olshey said the franchise thoroughly vetted the incident but the accuser's attorney said "It's news to us that they conducted an investigation."
