(Paris, France)  --  Tadej Pogacar is the winner of the 2021 Tour de France.  The 22-year-old Slovenian cyclist won three of the trek's 21 stages, and never gave up the yellow jersey after the eighth stage.  It's Progacar's second-straight Tour victory.
