Blazers Don't Extend Collins A Qualifying Offer

(Portland, OR) -- The Blazers are not extending a qualifying offer to Zach Collins, making him a free agent. The offer would have paid Collins 7 million dollars this season. The former Gonzaga Bulldog has dealt with injuries in his Portland career and missed all of last season with an ankle injury. NBA free agency officially starts today.
