(Portland, OR) -- The Portland Trail Blazers are bringing back one of their best scorers. According to ESPN, the Blazers are re-signing Norman Powell to a five-year deal worth 90 million dollars. Portland acquired Powell from the Raptors this past season. In 27 games with the Blazers, Powell averaged 17 points and shot just over 36-percent from beyond the arc. Portland also reportedly signed guard Ben McLemore and inked center Cody Zeller to a one-year deal that is reportedly worth the NBA veteran minimum.
