(Portland, OR) -- The Portland Trail Blazers reached a deal with Tony Snell. ESPN reported that Snell signed a one-year deal with Portland. The 29-year-old Snell averaged 5-point-3 points per game with the Atlanta Hawks last season and shot just under 57 percent from deep. The 6-foot-6 forward was drafted out of New Mexico in 2013 by the Chicago Bulls.
