(Chicago, IL)  --  The Bulls are one of several teams that the NBA is investigating for possible tampering.  ESPN is reporting the sign-and-trade deal with the Pelicans involving Lonzo Ball could have violated league rules.  The two teams allegedly had talks prior to the free agency deadline of last Monday.  The NBA is also investigating the deal between the Heat and the Raptors involving Kyle Lowry.  Violators can get a ten million dollar fine, forfeiture of draft picks, or cancellation of the trade.
