(Owings Mills, MD) -- Patrick Cantlay was awarded the BMW Championship after a six-hole playoff that saw Bryson DeChambeau miss an eight-foot putt on the 18th hole.  Cantlay earned his fifth career PGA Tour victory and is the only player on tour with three wins this season.  Cantlay will begin the final leg of the FedEx Cup playoffs with a score of 10-under for a two-shot advantage over Tony Finau and three shots over DeChambeau.  The top 30 golfers in the FedEx Cup standings will compete for the 15-million-dollar grand prize at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta for the Tour Championship.
