(St. Louis, MO)  --  Max Scherzer continues to dominate in Dodger blue as the Dodgers beat the Cardinals 5-1 in St. Louis.  Scherzer struck out 13 batters over eight scoreless frames to pick up his 13th win of the year.  Chris Taylor hit a two-run homer, while Mookie Betts and Corey Seager each added an RBI for Los Angeles, which has won five of its last seven.  They continue the series with St. Louis this afternoon.
