(Avondale, AZ) -- Kyle Larson is finally going home with the big one. Larson finished first to win the NASCAR Cup Series Championship in the final race of the year at Phoenix Raceway. The driver had returned this year after being suspended by NASCAR for use of a racial slur during an e-sports game. Martin Truex Jr. finished in second. Denny Hamlin took third while Ryan Blaney and Chase Elliott rounded out the top five.
