The Chiefs are hosting the title game for the fourth straight year and are seeking a third straight trip to the Super Bowl. Out west, the rival 49ers and Rams will meet in the NFC Championship Game in Inglewood. Sunday's winners will meet in the Super Bowl on February 13th in Inglewood.
