Outdoors on the college diamond, Oregon State got out of Reno with a pair of 1-run non-league wins, and yesterday notched a come-from-behind win in the final inning to edge Nevada-Reno, 9-8.

The 19-and-5 beavers return home Friday to host Stanford in a 3-game series.

In Eugene yesterday, the Oregon Ducks managed a one-run win, holding off USF, 4-3.

The Ducks took two non-league games from San Francisco, and leave today for Los Angeles where Oregon takes on UCLA in a 3-game PAC-12 series starting tomorrow night.
