(Hilton Head Island, SC) -- Jordan Spieth is celebrating a victory at the RBC Heritage. Spieth beat Patrick Cantlay in a one-hole playoff to clinch his 13th career PGA Tour title, and second straight on Easter Sunday. Spieth and Cantlay finished the fourth round of the tournament at 13-under par to force the playoff. Several players finished tied for third place at 12-under.
