Freeman, Dodgers Take Down Braves

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Freddie Freeman launched his second home run of the year as the Dodgers beat the Braves 5-1 in Los Angeles. Freeman hit a two-run bomb in the first inning and finished with three hits. Edwin Rios also went deep in the victory for Los Angeles, which improved to 9-and-3. Tony Gonsolin allowed one hit over six scoreless frames to pick up his first win. The Dodgers start a road series with the Padres tomorrow night.
