(Chicago, IL)  --  The Trail Blazers are in tonight's NBA Draft Lottery.  Portland enters with a nine-percent chance to win the top overall pick after the team finished with the sixth-worst record in the league.  The Blazers put guard Damian Lillard as the team's on-stage representative in Chicago.  Portland is making its first lottery pick since 2013, where the team selected 10th overall.
