(Seattle, WA) -- The Mariners are dropping their home series opener. Seattle lost 3-2 to the Twins at T-Mobile Park. The Mariners were held to six hits and struck out 11 times in the losing effort. Chris Flexen suffered his eighth loss on the mound after giving up two runs in five innings. Taylor Trammell launched a solo shot for his second homer of the season. Seattle dropped to 27-and-34 and sends right-hander Logan Gilbert to the mound tonight.
