Judge Allows BAC Results In Former NFLer Drunk Driving Homicide Case

A Las Vegas judge is allowing blood alcohol tests as evidence in the case of former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs the Third.  He's accused of driving over 150-miles-per-hour while drunk, causing a crash that killed a 23-year-old woman and her dog last year.  He's charged with driving under the influence resulting in death and reckless driving.  Ruggs refused to take a field sobriety test at the scene of the accident.  His preliminary hearing to determine if he will stand trial in state court is set for September 7th.
