In Eugene, city officials voted 7-1 on Monday to continue negotiations with the University of Oregon to expand the Autzen Stadium Complex. The University announced plans last fall to construct a 170,000-square-foot indoor football practice facility. The Ducks also say the expansion is privately funded.
