Seahawks' RB Retires At Age 27

A Seahawks running back is calling it quits at the age of 27.  The NFL Network reports Chris Carson will retire due to a neck injury.  A seventh round draft pick by Seattle in 2017, Carson posted back-to-back one-thousand yard seasons in 2018 and 2019.  He started 48 games for the Seahawks over his five-year career, scoring 31 touchdowns.  Injuries limited Carson to just four games in 2021.
