The Bend Elks lost to Ridgefield last night 10-1. The only run of the ballgame for the Elks came in the top of the 6th inning when Evan Scavatto singled to center field to bring home Michael Ball.

With this loss, Bend drops to 24-19. They have lost seven of their last 10 and have fallen even further back in the playoff race in the Southern Division. The Elks are 5.5 games back with just 11 games to go. The Corvallis Knights are in first place and Yakima Valley is just a half game back.
