Elks Shutout by Corvallis 12-0

The Bend Elks were shut out by the Corvallis Knights last night 12-0. The Elks only mustered two hits and four total base runners on the night as Brady Kasper and Jabin Trosky tallied the two knocks. The Knights remain scorching hot as they picked up their 15th straight win.

This moves the Elks to 26-23 and they are still in position to make the playoffs with five games to go. They hold a game lead over Yakima Valley for the fourth and final spot out of the South Division. The Pippins host Wenatchee tonight.

For Bend, it’s the second game of three against the Knights as first pitch tonight from Goss Stadium is scheduled for 6:35. The Elks return home on Friday for the final three games. Get schedule and promotional information at https://www.bendelks.com/
