The Trail Blazers dropped their second preseason game.  Portland fell 118-101 to the Jazz at the Moda Center.  Damian Lillard led the way with 21 points and dished out six assists.  Jerami Grant and Anfernee Simons each chipped in 13 points in the loss.  The Blazers dropped to oh-and-2 in the preseason.  Portland hosts Maccabi Ra'anana of the Israeli National League tomorrow night at the Moda Center.
