High School Athletes Can Now Profit Off NIL

High school student-athletes in Oregon can now profit off of their name image and likeness after the Oregon Schools Activities Association delegate assembly voted to change the rules yesterday. The amendment to rule 8.4 is in effect immediately. Certain guidelines are in place such as school facilities are not allowed for NIL purposes as well as student-athletes must disclose agreements or contracts with the school they attend.
