The former head football coach at Washington State University is filing a lawsuit against the school, its athletic director, and Governor Jay Inslee. Nick Rolovich claims his federal rights were violated when he was fired for refusing to get a COVID-19 vaccine. The lawsuit says he refused the vaccination for religious and personal beliefs. WSU says not following the state mandate gave them just cause to terminate Rolovich's contract. The suit claims he should've been paid 60 percent of his two-million-dollar base salary for the remainder of his contract.
