The Trail Blazers are welcoming Lauri Markkanen and the Jazz to town.  Portland hosts Utah tonight at the Moda Center.  The Blazers come off a 20-point win over the Spurs and snapped a three-game losing skid.  Damian Lillard scored 37 points and dished out 12 assists in the victory over San Antonio.  Justise Winslow remains sidelined with an ankle injury and is out for tonight's game.  Portland comes in at 22-25.
