The Trail Blazers are welcoming Pascal Siakam and the Raptors to town tomorrow night.  Portland hosts Toronto at the Moda Center.  The Blazers come off a 134-124 win over the Jazz and have won two straight games.  Damian Lillard recorded his fourth career 60-point game in the victory over Utah.  Only Wilt Chamberlain and Kobe Bryant have more career 60-point games in NBA history.  Portland comes in at 23-and-25.
