Portland guard Shaedon Sharpe will have corrective surgery to address a core muscle injury. Today’s trade deadline is at noon.  Malcolm Brogdon, Robert Williams III, Matisse Thybulle and Jerami Grant are the four players possibly on the trading block. The Trail Blazers welcome the Pistons tonight at 7. 


Seattle interviewed former Oregon coach and current UCLA coach Chip Kelly for the offensive coordinator job according to reports..

College Hoops:

The Oregon Men are in 3rd place in the conference taking on Washington tonight. Coverage starts at 6:30. Tip-off at 7 here on KBND.

The Oregon State Men are 11th in the conference, back in the friendly confines of Gill Coliseum. Tip-off against Washington State is at 7.

College Baseball

The Oregon State baseball team has been picked by the league's coaches to win the Pac-12. OSU is ranked in the top 10 of all the major polls. The Beavers open their 2024 schedule Friday the 16th in Surprise, Arizona.

Oregon is picked to finish 4th in the conference. The Ducks season starts next Friday in Arlington, Texas.

College Softballl:

15th ranked Oregon opens their season today in Clearwater Florida in the Leadoff Classic playing six games in four days. They play Indiana today at 4.

College Football had their official national signing day yesterday:

Oregon State’s signings included Crook County Wide Receiver Eddie Freauff

Oregon announced the signings of Wide Receiver Gatlin Barr from Burley Idaho, the number one ranked receiver in the state, and kicker Gage Hurych from West Linn. The Ducks have one of the top ranked recruiting classes in the country.


The Boys Basketball Coaches Polls has Summit ranked 1st,  Redmond 7th, Caldera 9th, Ridgeview 10th, and Mountain View is 12th in 5A, Trinity Lutheran is 3rd in 1A.

Girls and Boys Basketball - Bend battles Redmond, Ridgeview vs Mountain View, Caldera clashes with Summit, Culver against Gervais.
