Blazers' Brogdon, Simons Banged Up...OSU WBB Upsets Colorado

The Trail Blazers announced Malcolm Brogdon will be out at least 2 weeks with Elbow Tendonitis. He’ll be re-evaluated then. Anfernee Simons missed Saturday’s loss to New Orleans with an ankle sprain.  Guard Shaedon Sharpe is recovering from stomach surgery. Portland is mired in a four-game losing streak amidst all the injuries. They take on Western Conference-leading Minnesota tomorrow.

Seattle has hired reportedly Dallas Cowboys defensive line coach Aden Durde to be defensive coordinator. Head Coach Mike Macdonald has previously said he’ll be calling defensive plays next season. The Seahawks have named Ryan Grubb offensive coordinator, according to reports. Grubb was the University of Washington’s OC, and had followed Huskies head coach Kalen Deboer to Alabama last month to lead the Crimson Tide’s offense but will now stay in Seattle…coaching pros instead of college players.
