College Baseball:

Oregon beat the University of San Francisco 7 to 2 yesterday. The Ducks dropped to number 22 in the D1 baseball dot com rankings, 18 in Baseball America, and the Baseball Writers, and number 24 in the Coaches Poll.

Oregon State dropped in the rankings after getting swept by Cal this weekend. They're 9th in D1 baseball, number 10 in the Coaches Poll, 11th in the Baseball Writers, 13 in Baseball America. OSU ends their long road trip tonight when they visit the University of Portland. The Beavers will also try to stop their four-game losing streak. First pitch against the Pilots is at 5:30.

MLB: 

The Giants beat the Mets 5 to 2 last night with New York threatening until the final out. Michael Conforto homered. Keaton Winn won again going 6 innings allowing a run. Game 2 of the series is tonight starting at 6:45.

The Mariners take on Texas today, coming into Arlington with an 11 and 11 record after winning 7 of their last 10. They sit a half game behind the Rangers at the top of the AL West.  Logan Gilbert gets the start for Seattle. First pitch against the Rangers is at 5:05

NFL:

The Seattle Seahawks could be leaning towards taking an offensive lineman with their first pick in Thursday’s NFL Draft. The Seahawks have the 16th overall pick.

San Francisco has the second to last picks in both of the first two rounds. They are expected to select a wide receiver in one of those spots. The 49ers have 5 picks in the first four rounds.
